Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return packing slip inside the parcel.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
